At first when joining Vfit I was frustrated. I felt like I didn't really have the time to track my food or listen to the calls. I felt like I was too busy with work and my 3 kids. But I wanted to do it, that's why I joined Vfit! After I had my assessement with a trainer, I had the motivation I needed. I took my 11yr old daughter with me to the assessment-- that's all it took for me to see my whole family needs this, not just me! I have been using the meal plan and I even started seeing a trainer. My daughter trains with me now and she is following a meal plan. This is the best success so far!!! I have lost 10 lbs this week and my daughter lost 5 lbs. She is basically just learning how to eat better and exercise-- but you are never too young to know the importance of being healthy!! I have a long ways to go until I reach my goal but I am pumped!
